Synergeant has developed our EZ-Onboarding Process. What that means is you’re not going to get a list of questions, a stack of paperwork, a packet of questionnaires or a lengthy survey to see if “we’re a right fit”. Instead, we’re going to reach out to you and learn more about your business. We’ve been doing this long enough that we can tell with a few well-placed questions if our services can help your business.
If the shoe fits, we’re going to gather some basic information about your business and then put together an easy-to-follow checklist. You’ll get access to our online system where you can upload your documents at your convenience.

STEP 2

We want to learn about your business!

We are going to give you a call to find out some basic information about your business such as:

1. What industry are you in?
2. How many employees you have?
3. What your biggest pain points?
4. How many bank accounts do you have?
5. What are your long-term goals for the business?

STEP 3

All our services are at a fixed month-to- month price, so you will never be surprised by a bill and you’re not locked into a contract.

The next day, we’re going to take what we learn about your business and put together a few different service options based on our conversation about your current needs. We’ll give you a call to go over the details and schedule the next step of the EZ-Onboarding Process.

STEP 4

Now that we know exactly what services you want, we’ll get to work setting up your system.

First, we’ll start with a conference call to introduce you to your team. Every client has a dedicated bookkeeper as well as a client success manager… cool, huh?

The timeline looks a little bit like this:
1. If it’s a new accounting system the process takes 5-7 business days
2. If we’re transferring an existing system – 2 business days
3. Converting from a different system 7-10 business days
4. For prior month catch-up it takes about 1 business day per month to process

STEP 5

In most cases, this process is handled easily via GoToMeeting; however, at the client’s request we are happy to perform on-site training services.

Now that your system has been designed, setup and tested, it’s time to bring you up to speed! We’re going to schedule a personal one-on- one training session to run through the processes and procedures for your custom system. At this time, if you have any questions we’ll work through them together until everyone is comfortable on the system.

STEP 6

Send us your information and we begin to operate a world class accounting back office for your growing business!

What you can expect along the way is multiple touch points with us as we start to receive information from you. We learn as we go, so we may also reach out with questions from time-to- time to ensure we’re exceeding your expectations.
Finally, we’re going to have a check-in conference call about 45 days into your membership to ensure everything is running smoothly and to get your feedback. At Synergeant we are obsessively client-centric so we want to know how your experience went as well as how we can improve in the future.
Oh yeah, and even if things are running smoothly, you’re going to hear from us anyways. We have what we call a 15-minute check in every month. Your client success manager will reach out just to see how things are doing, if you have any questions, and if there’s anything we can do to make your life easier. If you have a problem, now is the time to share!
